Pfizer sponsored the Oscar’s, and set release date on an alopecia drug. Timing couldn’t be better | OPINION

So it’s known that Pfizer was one of the sponsors of the Oscar’s. But what’s more interesting is that right as Pfizer finishes its stage three trials of this new alopecia drug, attentions are on the smith family and alopecia.

Actress Jada Pinkett Smith disclosed four years ago that she has alopecia and it’s the reason she has shaved her head or worn turbans in public.

Pinkett Smith’s condition is called alopecia areata, a disease that occurs when the body’s immune system attacks hair follicles, often on the scalp or face, but sometimes on other parts of the body. Sometimes hair falls out in chunks and only partial baldness results. Sometimes hair grows back, but repeated bouts of baldness can also occur.

Pfizer just finished stage three trials of their alopecia drug and set a date to release it to the public, right at this moment… huge attention is on alopecia, might be a coincidence but you have to admit it is one hell of a coincidence..

Politifact said the following:

—-“• There is no evidence that Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Academy Awards was staged. Smith apologized for his actions and the Academy has initiated disciplinary proceedings against him.

Pfizer is developing two medications to treat alopecia areata, an autoimmune disease that causes hair loss.” ——politifact

We can’t say if it is a set up or not, this is something you will have to decide yourself, but it is interesting that one of the sponsors (Pfizer) would stand to gain a lot of attention for their product coming out soon.

You be the judge, make your own mind up and keep an open mind.
